Busy, everyday people with jobs, children, caretaking duties, and an overfull plate.
And, this makes sense because the vast majority of trainers, coaches, apps, and programs out there only address one or two of the three things all health goals require.
The Status Quo Must Change
Here are some numbers we’ve observed working with clients, trainers, dietitians, and physicians around the country:
